I worked with Carlson Restoration after water damage was mitigated to restore the finished basement. The project manager was my contact from start to finish. He was always responsive, positive, and professional and ensured all of my questions and concerns were answered and responded to in a timely fashion. The work was completed on time and done with very good quality. I am pleased with the outcome and would definitely work with him and the company again. And, everything was done on budget.
