Our History

Don Carlson, Jr., founded Carlson Construction in 1978 serving Omaha, Nebraska. After years of growth and success, Carlson Restoration, Inc. was born under Don Carlson, III, and expanded to serve Omaha, Council Bluffs, Lincoln, and surrounding areas specializing in commercial and residential restoration. Now, with over 40 years of service to our communities, Carlson Restoration is led by Joe Casey, Jr. The company continues to be locally owned and operated, with employees who have over 200 years of combined industry experience.
