Our main goal is customer satisfaction, so it is important to have EXCELLENT communication skills with our customers and team. This is a full-time position; holidays and weekends may be required therefore; you MUST be flexible. IICRC WRT Certification is preferred but not required. If you are not certified, don’t worry, we will get you certified!

IICRC WRT certifications are one of your values. If you are already certified, then you can look forward to a higher pay rate. Water and Fire restoration experience is a big plus but not required: we will train the right candidate.

DESCRIPTION:

As a Technician, you will be bringing equipment into the customer’s house and/or business and assisting in setting up drying equipment. Your responsibilities will include extracting water, removal of wet drywall, insulation, carpeting, hardwood and tile flooring, demolition and hauling debris out of the customers house.  Also included: mold removal, post demolition cleaning, structural drying, cleaning in attics and crawlspaces. There will be times when working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces is required.

At a minimum, Candidates must:

  • Be able to work independently and/or with a team.
  • Be reliable and dependable.
  • Be part of an on-call rotation and respond to after-hour calls.
  • Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Some construction knowledge is needed and ability to use hand tools/power tools.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you would be asked to assist office colleagues and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. The AP Specialist will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of accounts payable are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive vendor bills and distribute for approval
  • Reconcile vendor bills and POs and enter in accounting system
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Pay bills according to payment terms
  • Update and maintain vendor files
  • Codes such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to the standard procedures to ensure proper entry into QuickBooks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments according to company policy.
  • Follow the collection in monitoring customer accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices and partial payments.
  • Provide regular communication to management regarding status of account collections.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, or mail to make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Submit accounts to management for bad debt write off.
  • E-mail and/or mail invoices to customers for payment.
  • Cross- training on all systems to ensure a check and balance internally.

  • Prepares, reviews and sends monthly customer invoices.
  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
  • Researches any customer account discrepancies.
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering corrections to customer accounts.
  • Resolves customer accounts by examining payment plans and payment history to determine if collection letters need to be sent out on delinquent accounts.
  • Review outstanding invoices and send data to collections attorneys, as needed.

The Claims & Compliance Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to manage revenue across all departments. Main functions will revolve around ensuring compliance with the various Third Party Administrators and Insurance Carriers that provide work for the company. You will be working with multiple employees, customers and third-party representatives to ensure information is communicated and uploaded in a timely and compliant manner. The Claims & Compliance Administrator handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.

 Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times, proactively conveying information and promptly responding to requests, while working under time constraints to meet specific timelines.

The Fire Loss Consultant will work with property owners, and First Responders after a traumatic event such as a fire or flood to assist the property owner in receiving the highest quality of care as she/he transitions from chaos to calm. She/He needs to understand that you will take care of their property. This is achieved by actively listening and developing trust during their time of need. Growing and developing a relationship with the First Responders are key to the success of this role. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor various emergency channels for fire leads in Omaha, Bennington, Irvington, Blair, Fremont, Bellevue, and Gretna.
  • Proactively searches for large fire loss opportunities and arrives on the scene of the loss to consult with the property owner or manager.
  • Cooperate with First Responders.
  • If necessary, assist the property owner/manager with board up, securing valuables, and accommodation.
  • Once fire is contained, responsible for educating the customer on products and/or services and effectively articulate the use and need of our services.
  • Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergencies.
  • 50% of the time – Consultant is Networking/ Visiting fire departments in the market areas.

The Mitigation Coordinator requires qualified individuals who can effectively manage tasks related to water pumping, extraction, mold removal, and utilize specialized equipment. The Mitigation Coordinator provides support to the Vice President of Mitigation by coordinating project activities related to any and all projects. The position’s primary duties are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each job from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The Mitigation Coordinator handles multiple jobs within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once. The Mitigation Coordinator will help the Vice President of Mitigation to ensure accurate estimates are completed, MICA is completed, project statuses are documented, internal and TPA requirements are achieved, materials are procured, and invoices are prepared. The Mitigation Coordinator will assist the Vice President of Mitigation in achieving annual Revenue and Margin goals as set by the company.

The position is primarily responsible for responding to emergency and property damaging situations. This role requires qualified individuals who can effectively manage tasks related to water pumping, extraction, mold removal, and utilize specialized equipment. The Mitigation Lead is to communicate with the property owner or manager with skill, knowledge, and professionalism. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial site visit and conduct moisture inspections.
  • Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property.
  • Knowledge of Dash, Xactimate, TSheets, MICA and additional software & systems.

The Mitigation Technician is to provide operational support for residential and commercial properties in various mitigation efforts. The position is primarily responsible for responding to emergency and property damaging situations. This role requires qualified individuals who can effectively perform tasks related to water pumping, extraction, mold removal, and utilize specialized equipment under supervision. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions provided by the Mitigation team leader.
  • Familiarize yourself with MSDS protocols for chemical products used in mitigation processes.
  • Conduct daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and optimal condition.
  • Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm and/or mold.
  • Construct appropriate containment systems using correct calculations and equipment (e.g., Neg Air, HEPA vacuum) (under supervision).
  • Utilize cleaning and disinfecting solutions, along with effective debris removal techniques, in confined spaces.
  • Apply proper lifting techniques, sliding pads, and polystyrene foam blocks to protect clients’ belongings (under supervision).
  • Under supervision, remove vapor barriers, label recoverable cuttings, create airflow holes, and employ non-penetrating and penetrating meters.
  • Ensure the protection of others’ property.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Work within tight time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
  • Be available for occasional travel, night shifts, and weekend work.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of worked hours and equipment/consumables used.
  • IICRC certification is available as IICRC classes are offered.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Duties:

  • Perform water pumping and extraction tasks.
  • Execute mold remediation procedures.
  • Move and re-set contents as required.
  • Set up drying equipment correctly.
  • Apply appropriate antimicrobial treatments.
  • Inspect vehicle safety and conduct regular maintenance inspections.
  • Keep vehicles clean and in optimal condition for service.
  • Construct polyethylene enclosures effectively.
  • Complete assigned tasks and notes in the primary operating system Dash.
  • Remove and dispose of debris safely.
  • Maintain equipment used in daily tasks.
  • Perform any additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of product identification, usage, and disposal requirements with training.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and eligibility to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency, maintain a professional demeanor, possess a positive attitude, and display a strong work ethic.

The Project Coordinator provides support to the Project Manager by coordinating project activities related to any and all projects. The position’s primary duties are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The Project Coordinator handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once. The Project Coordinator will help the Project Manager to ensure accurate estimates are completed, project statuses are documented, internal and subcontracted crews are assigned, materials are procured, and invoices are prepared.  The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in serving a diverse clientele, including insurance adjusters, agents, brokers, and TPAs (Third Party Administrator).

Responsibilities:

  • Management of jobs under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Assists the Project Manager with the proper reporting and uploading of notes and documents into Dash and Xactimate to meet reporting requirements.
  • Ensure Work Authorization, completion certificates and all other required documents are obtained from the customer and uploaded into Dash.
  • Address questions and concerns throughout the job by the customer and management.
  • Assist the Project Manager in maintaining construction schedules, collaborating with trades and management to ensure timely project completion.
  • Be capable of short-term coverage of the job in the event the Project Manager is absent.
  • Submit any required information to the customer, adjustor or subcontractor as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Participate in on call rotation including taking calls, dispatching, and attending losses if/when required.
  • Achieve desired annual Revenue goals and Gross Margin goals.
  • Participate in continuous training, including Basic Xactimate training, in preparation for passing Estimator Level 2 or 3 User Certification test (passing score requirement: 85%).
