I called Carlson Restoration out after we had a sprinkler head burst on the fourth floor in one of our hotel rooms. I spoke with the project manager over the phone and had a team on-site within hours. The project manager showed up with his water mitigation team and did a phenomenal job getting us dried out…and did an outstanding job of getting the affected rooms back on market as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend them for any remediation or restoration projects you have.
