I had a long and drawn-out situation with my insurance company that led to a second flood and claim. The project managers were so helpful throughout the entire process! From showing up in the middle of the night to keeping me informed at every step to helping me follow up with the insurance company to get the process moving forward and even coming out on a weekend to make sure I got the correct flooring and one I was happy with. They were great to work with and were personable and professional and made sure I was happy at every step!
